Diamonds and gemstones are sold with authenticity certificates (IGI, GIA, HRD, or equivalent).

Slight variations in design, weight, or finish may occur due to handcrafted processes.

2. Pricing & Payments

Prices are based on current gold rates, making charges, stone charges, and applicable taxes.

We follow a transparent billing policy with a clear breakup provided on every invoice.

Payments can be made via cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, bank transfer, or other approved methods.

3. Orders, Delivery & Returns

Domestic and international deliveries are subject to availability, logistics timelines, and applicable duties/taxes.

Customers must inspect jewellery upon delivery and report discrepancies within 48 hours.

Returns and exchanges are accepted as per our published Return & Exchange Policy, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and accompanied by original certificates and packaging.

4. Old Gold Exchange & Buyback

Rates for buyback/exchange are updated regularly and displayed transparently in-store/online.

Buyback applies only to hallmarked jewellery purchased from SONA MANDI.

5. Warranty

All products carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects (not covering wear, tear, or customer-induced damage).

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that product images or descriptions are error-free.

SONA MANDI is not liable for delays due to third-party logistics, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.
